How to Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. Please fill-in the “Return” form. It must include clear content & picture of return goods. After return request is approved, you may return the goods to the Ones+ store in person or mail it back to us.
  1. You will need to include its accessories, manuals and original packaging. If a gift was given with the returned item, you will need to return it as well. A full refund may not be proceeded if any accessories is missing.

 

Refunds

  1. You may cancel the order within 60 minutes after order is placed. All the refund will be returned to your original payment method.
  1. If an order is cancelled before shipped out, we will issue a full refund of the entire order. The refund will be returned to your original payment method approximately 7 business days.
  1. You may apply for a refund within 24 hours after you received the goods. Normally we need 1 – 7 business days to process your application. We will send you a confirmation email after your request has been confirmed, then you can proceed to return the goods to our store in person or mail it back to us.
  1. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait till you have received your order. We will refund as soon as the goods returned with intact and/or unused condition. Handling fee of $25 will be charged.
  1. Discounts and/or coupons will not be refunded. The final refund will not exceed the original amount paid.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  1. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return courier cost

Customer are responsible for all return packaging and shipping cost.

 

Delivery Inspection

Most of deliveries arrive at our customers location without any damage and are signed for without incident. Please inspect the packaging and the contents carefully.

Please call/contact us to report any damage within in 3 days. If you authorize the Canada Post delivery to leave your order without a signature, Ones+ will be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.
