Wu mei Dark Plum Soup
[Directions for Use]
- Rinse the ingredients in the soup pack with water and set aside.
- Take a soup pot, put the washed ingredients into the pot, and add 1500-2000cc of water.
- Boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 60-90 minutes.
- Remove the ingredients, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar according to personal preference. Cook until the rock sugar is completely dissolved, then turn off the heat.
- Let it cool, bottle it, and store it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled for better taste. Note: The amount of water can be adjusted according to personal preference.
[Indications] Can be used as a summer drink to cool down the body.

【使用方法】
1. 將湯包內的材料以清水沖洗後備用。
2. 取一湯鍋,將洗淨後的材料放入鍋內,注入清水1500~2000cc。
3. 以大火煮滾後,轉小火熬煮60~90分鐘。
4. 撈出材料,並視個人喜好加入適量的冰糖,煮至冰糖完全溶解即可關火。
5. 放涼即可裝瓶,並放入冰箱冷藏,冰鎮後飲用,風味更佳。
備註:清水量可視個人喜好加減。
