Bakerdream Gelatine Leaves
It is suitable for making mousse cake, cheesecake frosting, jelly, pudding or desserts.
Instructions: Use quantities of gelatine and liquid as stated in your recipe.
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for about 6 minutes and drain.
When add into hot/warm mixture, add the soaked gelatine directly and stir until completely dissolved.
When add into cold mixture, melt the soaked gelatine leaves separately in a saucepan over a very low heat. Add a small amount of cold mixture to the melted gelatine, then add to the remaining mixture and mix thoroughly.
